1. Acceptance of terms

By browsing or sending information through treetrimming.directory (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, stop using the Site.

2. Information only

The diagrams, the sign list, the height estimate and the glossary on the Site are for information and scoping. They are not professional advice and they do not replace an arborist looking at the tree:

• We do no tree work: sending a request does not create a contract with us for tree work. We do not recommend or endorse any arborist or tree service, and we are not a party to work between you and one.
• Nobody here looks at the tree: a benchmark note or scoping document is written from the quote, your description and any photos you send when we ask. Only an arborist on site can judge a tree's health or risk.
• Power lines: do not do tree work near a power line, and keep ladders, poles and people away from it. Call your electric utility.
• Estimates: the height estimate is arithmetic on the measurements you enter and is only as good as they are. The sign list is a list of things to point out, not an assessment of a tree.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful inquiries. You agree not to:

• Run automated scrapers, crawlers, harvest scripts or data-extraction tools against the Site's pages or tools.
• Send fraudulent, deceptive or spam submissions.
• Probe, breach or try to compromise the security, rate limits or servers behind the Site.
• Impersonate any person, business or professional.

4. Intellectual property

The text, tools, drawings, marks and layouts on the Site are the intellectual property of Our Landmen LLC or its licensors, protected by United States and international copyright law.

5. No warranty, and limits on liability

The Site and its tools are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Our Landmen LLC and its affiliates, officers and contractors are not liable for damages resulting from your use of, or reliance on, information on the Site, or from work done by any arborist you hire. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
